Sr. Product Manager (Oil & Gas)

Zeitview•San Francisco, CA
•$160,000 - $180,000

About The Position

Zeitview is hiring a senior product manager to serve as the voice of the customer and resident expert for its Oil & Gas vertical. The role focuses on understanding enterprise customers’ needs, workflows, business context, and the value of potential solutions, then translating those insights into clear, prioritized requirements for platform product managers and engineering teams. The position owns the “what” and “why” of product opportunities, working with solutions-side product managers to negotiate the “how” and “when”; it does not own a product backlog or directly ship software. The successful candidate will define vertical success in terms of revenue, retention, and customer outcomes; build relationships with strategic accounts; conduct structured customer and market discovery; assess competitive intelligence and usage data; and make evidence-based cases for engineering capacity. The role is growth-focused and includes proposing business cases and go-to-market approaches for expanding offerings. It involves regular enterprise customer contact and travel to customer sites and inspection locations, but has no direct reports. Zeitview is an intelligent aerial imaging company serving infrastructure and other industries in more than 70 countries. Its stated mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure through advanced inspection solutions. Candidates must already be located in Boston/New England or the San Francisco Bay Area.
