Sr. Product Manager, WW Ops Finance S&A
About The Position
As a Sr. Product Manager in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, Engineering, and TPMs. You will understand the inputs from multiple internal and external sources and develop a product vision and strategy to achieve the goals of the Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team. You will own Hydra products in the S&A space. We have a strong vision and are iterating rapidly with incremental value to our customers, and this will provide a highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with many opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities to manage our data ecosystem and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in the early days.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own one or more products in the Hydra ecosystem.
- Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy, and execution for your product area.
- Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement, and success metrics.
- Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners.
- Design and implement new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
- Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, and dashboards.
