Contributes to the leadership of the strategic direction, development, and management of the product portfolio across the Everyday Wellness, Skin, Hair & Body Care and Healthy Lifespan Verticals. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive product strategies, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, and leading key projects with global cross-functional teams. The position requires monitoring category performance, conducting market research, managing innovation pipelines, developing product concepts and business cases, and creating educational and marketing materials. Collaboration with regional teams on their product strategies is also a key aspect. The role is part of the Worldwide Product Marketing team, which is responsible for Global Product Strategy, the Global New Product Development Process, and the Global Product pipeline, acting as a Center of Excellence for Product.
