Amazon Payments builds the foundational systems, experiences, and payment products for Amazon customers that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way. We are looking for a CX-focused, growth-oriented Product Manager, Tech (PMT) to accelerate the go-to-market and optimization of payments businesses’ global Amazon Stores CX. In this role, you will drive innovation and customer-centric solutions that impact millions of customers worldwide, working at the intersection of AI+ML tech, customer experience, and business strategy. You will be responsible for defining and driving a technical product strategy and foundational systems accelerating experimentation in payment product recommendations CX globally. As part of your role, you will own the product roadmap in your charter, author business and technical requirements, develop metrics and actionable insights, and influence architectural decisions in a global AI-powered recommendations engine. You will partner directly with a global set of payments business leads and marketers and build alongside Product, Engineering, ML Science, Data Engineering, Design, and Business Analysts. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator bridging CX and tech, proactively seek growth opportunities, make clear tradeoffs between customer benefit, business impact, and engineering complexity. You must also be capable of coordinating cross-functionally across global stakeholders, be comfortable diving deep into data, systems architecture, and ML-powered product experiences.
