About The Position
As Sr. Product Manager, Systems, you will define and drive core hardware component capabilities across Everpure's flagship FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms. In this high-impact role, you will analyze fleet telemetry and customer usage data to solve complex architectural challenges in performance, scale, cost, and sustainability. Collaborating directly with Engineering, Supply Chain, and cross-functional product leaders, you will convert operational data into clear product requirements that strengthen our platform advantages and keep our global fleet leading the market.
Requirements
- Professional experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical hardware development within enterprise storage or data center infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate telemetry, usage metrics, or system performance data to extract actionable insights and form clear, data-backed product requirements.
- Skilled at bridging field and customer feedback with engineering constraints, facilitating balanced technical and operational decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multi-faceted hardware component priorities in a fast-paced environment while balancing technical and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product requirements for targeted hardware components across FlashArray and FlashBlade, aligning engineering capabilities with commercial cost, performance, and sustainability targets.
- Analyze system telemetry, field feedback, and usage patterns to identify platform bottlenecks, translating complex data into prioritized roadmap enhancements.
- Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to evaluate architectural trade-offs, ensuring hardware integrations deliver reliability and maximum total cost of ownership (TCO) value.
- Guide hardware capabilities from initial definition through New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engagement to maintain high fleet performance and reliability standards.
