About The Position

At Medtronic, our Mission is to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. Within our Structural Heart business, we are advancing life‑changing therapies for patients with complex heart conditions. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on our global TAVI procedural marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution‑focused product marketing leader with the ability to shape end‑to‑end product strategy, lead holistic portfolio commercial strategy, and partner closely with U.S. and global field teams. The position offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence cross‑functional and business leadership while driving meaningful patient and customer impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, or related commercial roles (5+ years with an advanced degree).
  • Product launch and/or procedural launch experience highly preferred.
  • Proven downstream or commercial marketing experience with ownership of strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional and field stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization is required for roles below Principal level.

Responsibilities

  • Own procedure marketing strategy for a suite of products within our TAVR business, including procedure launch planning and execution and in-market optimization.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development grounded in clinical evidence, customer insights, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement through product performance data, market insights, and field feedback, while maintaining brand consistency and differentiation.
  • Lead and influence cross‑functional stakeholders across sales, medical education, clinical, R&D, regulatory, quality, legal, marketing communications, and supply chain.
  • Influence outcomes in a highly matrixed organization while demonstrating strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen.
  • Act as a key product marketing partner to U.S. and global field teams, with frequent in‑person engagement to inform strategy and support execution.
  • Lead new procedure launches aimed at driving product adoption through field training, tools, and messaging.
  • Engage directly with physicians and key stakeholders to inform product strategy, prioritization, and commercial decision-making.
