Sr. Product Manager, Order Lifecycle & E-Commerce

BillingPlatformEnglewood, CO
$150,000 - $180,000Hybrid

About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, domain-expert Senior Product Manager to own and advance key features within our market-leading Revenue Lifecycle Management product portfolio. This is a critical role spanning high-touch enterprise sales and high-velocity product-led-growth (PLG), requiring a deep understanding of complex order orchestration, automated revenue operations, and scalable API-driven ingestion, and the ability to act as a full lifecycle product manager, taking ideas from Discovery through GTM. You won't just be managing a backlog; you will be the bridge between complex revenue operations requirements and elegant software solutions. You will lead customer discovery, craft engaging customer experiences, and serve as a primary decision-maker in the constant balance between delivering high-value features and meeting aggressive time-to-market goals. About You You are exceptionally organized and driven with an ability to manage complex projects, coordinate across teams, and ensure flawless execution. You have order-to-cash acumen and are eager to partner directly with product leadership to drive new product innovation in the enterprise SaaS space. You are passionate about the success of each product feature, measuring and ensuring adoption by customers.

Requirements

  • Hybrid Order Expertise: 3–5+ years of PM experience managing order-to-cash workflows for businesses with both Enterprise Sales (CPQ/CRM-led) and PLG/E-commerce (API-led) motions.
  • Transactional & Rating Nuance: Deep understanding of the "math" behind an order. You are comfortable defining logic for complex charges, credits, and usage-based rating. You understand proration, tiered pricing, and how "Order" data dictates downstream "Invoicing" accuracy.
  • Hands-on Technical Literacy: You don't just write docs; you explore the system. You are proficient in SQL for auditing order data and Postman for testing ingestion APIs. You can read a JSON payload and explain to a dev why a specific discount didn't map correctly to a Revenue Contract.
  • Integration & Data Ingestion: Experience with diverse ingestion patterns—from automated REST APIs for web checkouts to mediating complex PDFs or Salesforce CPQ data for enterprise deals.
  • Full Lifecycle GTM: Proven track record of taking a feature from deep Discovery (talking to CFOs and RevOps) to GTM Execution (training Sales and Professional Services, and creating technical documentation).
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written English. You can explain a "tiered-volume rating" logic to a developer and a business stakeholder with equal clarity, ensuring everyone understands the financial outcome.
  • Exceptional Executive Function: You possess outstanding organization, detail orientation, and high accountability. You are meticulous and ensure that no critical detail or dependency is missed when managing complex projects.
  • Master of Collaboration: You are a proactive leader who aligns stakeholders—from engineering to sales, marketing, and services —driving consensus, shared ownership, and accountability toward a unified goal.
  • Bias for Action and Delivery: You are results-focused and self-starting, demonstrating the "hustle" required to manage multiple deadlines, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • AI-Augmented PM: You don't just use AI; you treat it as a core collaborator. You are an early adopter of GenAI tooling (e.g., Claude Code/Cowork, Figma Make) to accelerate your own output and bridge the gap between a business requirement and a technical specification.
  • Systems Thinker: You don't look at a feature in a vacuum. You consider how an order amendment affects the final invoice, revenue contract, and the ledger.
  • Proactive Discovery: You understand that a PM’s value is a function of their customer knowledge, you conduct user discovery rapidly to ensure we are solving the right problems for our enterprise customers while still moving fast to market.
  • Hands-On Technologist: You are a "hands-on" PM who is comfortable navigating the technical layers of a product. This includes the ability to write SQL queries for data analysis, use API tools (like Postman) to validate system behavior, and a deep understanding of how data flows through a multi-tenant SaaS architecture. You don't just define the "what"; you understand the "how" behind the product’s functionality.
