Within the Logitech for Business division, the Services team is responsible for defining, creating, launching and operating revenue-generating services that complement our market leading hardware and software solutions for video collaboration and personal productivity. This is a fast-growing area within Logitech for Business responsible for many “v1” initiatives that challenge the status quo for what a “product” is at Logitech. In the role of Sr Product Manager - Logitech for Business Services Growth you will lead the strategy for how Logitech attracts, onboards, communicates with and ultimately grows and retains customers as they navigate their service experience. This role requires a blend of customer centricity, product craftsmanship and cross-functional leadership to identify the points in the customer journey that most impact purchase and satisfaction.
