About The Position

Join our team as a Product Manager - Growth and play a critical role in driving caregiver program growth by owning the end-to-end caregiver enrollment experience and other zero-to-one initiatives designed to scale Ceresti’s brain health offering. This role is central to how caregivers first discover Ceresti, move through enrollment, and successfully transition into an engaged, ongoing relationship with our platform and services.
You will own products and experiences across caregiver acquisition, enrollment, onboarding, and the handoff into engagement and coaching. This includes close partnership with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering to design and scale experiences that feel empathetic, seamless, and supportive for caregivers navigating an emotionally challenging time. You will leverage AI and data-driven personalization to tailor enrollment experiences to individual caregiver needs, accelerating activation while maintaining empathy and trust. This is a role suited for a Product Manager who is growth-oriented, scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, ideally owning user-facing digital products or experiences.
• Experience building or managing products across enrollment funnels, onboarding experiences, or engagement workflows.
• Experience working with AI-enabled products, personalization systems, or data-driven user experiences is a strong plus.
• Strong track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating user needs and business goals into shipped product features and user experiences.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required.
• Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a strong plus.
• Strong product judgment with a user-centered mindset.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong judgment around applying AI responsibly in emotionally sensitive user experiences.
• Comfortable with HubSpot CRM workflows and automation.
• Ability to design intuitive experiences for complex or emotionally sensitive user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver program growth, including caregiver acquisition, enrollment, onboarding, and the transition into ongoing engagement.
• Translate company growth goals and go-to-market strategy into clear, prioritized product initiatives that improve caregiver activation, conversion, and time-to-value.
• Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support scalable growth across channels, partners, and markets.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to personalize caregiver enrollment experiences, improve conversion, and reduce friction at scale.
• Design and deliver end-to-end caregiver experiences, from first touchpoint through successful onboarding, that are grounded in empathy, usability, and real-world caregiver needs.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to support outreach campaigns, enrollment workflows, and growth initiatives.
• Continuously improve enrollment and onboarding flows to reduce friction, increase conversion rates, and ensure caregivers feel supported from day one.
• Own the handoff from enrollment into engagement.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration while maintaining high standards for clarity, quality, and usability.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering teams.
• Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features that support enrollment goals.
• Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous.
• Collaborate deeply with sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure enrollment products align with real-world workflows and caregiver needs.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to define growth and enrollment metrics, review insights, and incorporate learnings into product decisions.
• Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Define, track, and own key growth, enrollment, and activation metrics.
• Use qualitative feedback, data analysis, and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to improving product management practices, tools, and processes within the Product team.
