About The Position

This role is ideal for an experienced professional interested in applying their expertise to product marketing and commercial strategy within a dynamic healthcare environment. The Sr. Product Manager will support product strategy, launch execution, and KOL engagement on the Global/US Coronary Marketing team within the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) Operating Unit. This role offers strong development opportunities and exposure to cross‑functional partners while contributing to initiatives that support customer needs and patient impact. Joining the Complex Coronary Interventions team offers a unique opportunity to support Marketing strategy for market-leading devices, emerging technologies with rapidly expanding clinical evidence, and future product launches in new device categories all serving Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) patients in one of the most graphically diverse therapies in medical devices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, healthcare, or a related business or commercial role (5 with advanced degree)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short and long-term strategic marketing plans spanning commercial strategy, product promotion, internal training, evidence strategy, and medical education.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions leveraging customer insights and market research.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources that support field teams and product adoption.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, clinical evidence trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to drive marketing strategy execution aimed at achieving commercial objectives.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams including clinical, R&D, regulatory, operations/supply chain, quality, marketing communications, to support product initiatives and ensure coordinated execution.
