About The Position

Seeking a sr Product/Program Manager with a strong bckgrnd in business process transformation, product ownership, and automation. Candidates should have experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions, managing cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, and driving operational improvements. Strong Salesforce experience is required, along with exposure to agentic AI, workflow automation, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms such as Certinia/FinancialForce or similar technologies.

Requirements

• 5 years+ of experience
• Bachelors degree is required
• Requirements gathering
• Detailed process optimization and design
• Experience with professional services operations, automation, and business process transformation
• Salesforce experience

Nice To Haves

• Certinia / FinancialForce experience preferred
• Experience with agentic AI, AI-enabled automation, or intelligent workflow solutions
