The AI Services team is part of Workday's AI Platform organization, and we are building the operating tooling that powers Workday's AI and agentic strategy. We are at an exciting inflection point. The team is shifting from building standalone ML features into providing reusable, platform-grade AI capabilities that teams across Workday can plug into and build on. The work is genuinely novel: AI-native rapid prototyping, agent architecture, financial intelligence, precision-at-one recommendation systems, and unbundling retrieval primitives for developer consumption. As a Senior Product Manager on the AI Services team, you will be a force multiplier at the intersection of AI product development, growth and adoption, and AI-augmented productivity. This role requires three distinct strengths working together: Deep fluency with AI/ML products and services, The ability to operationalize growth practices for an internal platform, The habit of using AI tools to dramatically increase your own output and the output of those around you: from rapid prototyping with AI coding agents to accelerating research, analysis, artifact creation, and day-to-day decision-making. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership over your product area. You are empowered to make decisions, move fast, and drive outcomes, and you are expected to. That autonomy comes with accountability: you keep your stakeholders and leadership informed, you surface tradeoffs early, and you treat transparency as a strength, not a constraint. The best PMs on this team operate independently without ever operating in isolation.
