About The Position

Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Senior Game Producer to join the Duel Masters Studio. The producer leads Duel Masters projects through completion, coordinating Game Design, Art, Editing, Production, and other internal and external partners to deliver trading card game releases and related experiences. The role guides teams in defining project vision, business and production strategy, and uses data to balance player, studio, and business goals. It also builds effective workflows, roadmaps, schedules, and documentation while maintaining clear communication and addressing risks, resources, quality, and delivery needs.

Requirements

• Strong mix of creative, technical, innovation, and managerial experience in live services and/or gaming.
• Collaborative oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Deep knowledge of project management and process improvement.
• Ability to own a project from start to finish with minimal management input.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive toward delivery.
• Self-motivated, high-initiative approach, with the ability to encourage others and foster team ownership.
• Passion for continuous improvement.

• Experience with trading card games and/or the Japanese business environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and empower the team to define the vision, business, and production strategy for dozens of Trading Card Game releases.
• Work with internal and external teams to define project deliverables and scope goals, then build, prioritize, and maintain roadmaps, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify and address potential problems, resource blockers, quality concerns, and production velocity.
• Build, improve, and iterate development workflows and processes to increase visibility and predictability for prioritized deliverables.
• Represent Wizards' needs with partners and vendors, driving development relationships with minimal direction.
• Provide clear, detailed, and proactive communication to Duel Masters team members.
• Balance player, studio, and business goals using data to guide discussions.
• Coordinate Game Design, Art, Editing, and Production to complete Duel Masters projects.
