This is a hybrid position, meaning you're empowered to work from home and our local office location. At this time we are currently only interviewing candidates based in the Chicago and Denver markets. As a live event Sr. Producer within the Brand Experience Studio at Motive, you’ll have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day live event efforts for key client relationships and accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for helping bring big experience ideas to fruition; serving as the production expert from concept through execution. You’ll participate in client briefs, develop budgets, timelines, and logistical plans that bring amazing culturally-relevant experiences to life for some of the biggest brands in the world. You will serve as an ace onsite producer, a detailed planner, and creative problem solver to internal teams, external partners, and clients.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience managing the planning and execution of experiential projects and accounts in a fast-paced agency.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and provide excellence in execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience creating and managing budgets for projects, as well as handling reconciliations.
  • A thorough understanding of the agency process and agency/client relationship model.
  • A creative problem solver with a “what if” mind set.
  • A strong ‘self-starter’ mentality, proactive nature and sense of responsibility.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude!

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working on beverages or CPG accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and help lead the agency’s day-to-day experiential production efforts with key client relationships and accounts.
  • Participate in client calls and project planning meetings, contributing strategic thinking and production-forward support on feasibility, budgeting and more.
  • Clearly establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives, and champion success in execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and production from builds to mobile sampling tours, establishing run of show, setting deadlines, management of set-up and breakdown.
  • Lead and manage the onsite execution of live event production.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams/studios including Integrated Account, Creative, Digital/Social, and Content.
  • Manage high-level relationships with key sponsorships, event properties and production partners.
  • Multi-task and get the work done—on time, within project budgets and exceeding expectations.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each client’s business, industry and competitive landscape.
