About The Position

Supports the Senior Process Owner by managing day‑to‑day governance and development of specific transport subprocesses (e.g., routing setup, load planning, sequencing logic, documentation flows). We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics.
• Understanding of material flow, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions.
• Thinking – Information Search and analysis & problem resolution skills
• Engaging – Understanding others, Team Leadership and Developing People
• Inspiring – Influencing and building relationships, Motivating and Inspiring, Communicating effectively
• Achieving – Delivering business results under pressure, Championing Performance Improvement and Customer Focus

Nice To Haves

• Lean/6-Sigma certification preferred.
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).

Responsibilities

• Maintain subprocess-level SOPs, controls, and standard work.
• Support testing, documentation updates, and training activities.
• Assist with routing data accuracy, sequencing logic, and dispatch workflows.
• Conduct periodic performance checks and support audits.
• Partner with site teams to gather insights and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support deployment of new tools, equipment, and process enhancements.
