Sr Process Owner, RDC Design Team

Target•Minneapolis, MN

About The Position

The Senior Process Owner, RDC Design Team, is part of Target’s Supply Chain Operations, Process Design and Innovation (PDI) Team. The role owns process design for the Packing function within future process design, helping modernize Regional Distribution Centers and develop scalable operational improvements. Work includes future design requirements, cycle-time modeling, Standard Work documentation, training, field implementation, and problem solving through handoff to run-state operations. The role leads small-to-medium scope intake initiatives or owns workstreams within larger initiatives that assess new processes and opportunities for technology and efficiency improvements. The Senior Process Owner frames problems and impacts, identifies measurable opportunities, partners with product, data, operations, finance, safety, and field teams, and develops metric plans, business cases, validation or pilot readiness, and recommendations. The position may be Remote or Hybrid (Target’s “Flex for Your Day”), depending on business needs. Travel up to 25% may be needed.
