About The Position

Kaspar Outdoors is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer who thrives in a results-driven manufacturing environment focused on quality and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for executing, stabilizing, and improving production processes on the shop floor, ensuring manufacturing processes run as intended, production issues are resolved quickly, and improvements are implemented and sustained over time. Requirements

Working knowledge of CNC machining and assembly processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong hands-on problem-solving ability
Comfortable working on the shop floor daily
Strong communication with operators and supervisors
3–7 years of experience in growing manufacturing and production environments
Hands-on experience supporting production operations
Experience resolving real production issues
Experience leading or supporting Kaizen events

Nice To Haves

Experience in precision manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day process performance on the shop floor
Respond quickly to production issues and restore normal operation
Support operators and machinists in real-time problem solving
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events focused on improving manufacturing capabilities
Ensure adherence to standard work and process documentation
Provide hands-on training to operators and machinists
Identify root causes of recurring production issues
All other duties as assigned by management
