About The Position

The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for owning manufacturing process capability, output performance, and the development of the manufacturing engineering function. This role requires a leader who excels at leading engineering teams in high-performance manufacturing environments, is passionate about improving throughput, stability, and operational execution, and is inspired by the improvement of people’s lives through stewardship of God-given resources. Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or similar role
3+ years leading or mentoring engineers or technical teams
Strong background in Lean manufacturing with demonstrated results
Hands-on experience working directly with machining and production teams
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
Deep knowledge of tooling, workholding, speeds & feeds
Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a production environment
Hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement
Strong communication skills across leadership and shop floor teams

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-precision machining environments preferred

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop the continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering team
Own process capability, throughput, and production stability
Partner closely with operations leadership to remove constraints and improve flow
Establish and enforce standard work for critical manufacturing processes
Lead structured problem-solving efforts on production and quality issues
Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor supporting machining and assembly
All other duties as assigned by management
