About The Position

Oracle’s vision is to provide employees with a frictionless experience across the systems they use every day. The organization is focused on defining, measuring, and improving employee experience by reducing confusing steps, repeated work, and delays, and by bringing systems, processes, and policies together with useful AI assistance. The Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager (Chief of Staff) partners directly with the Group Vice President (GVP), Systems, to turn the employee-systems strategy into results. The role serves as a trusted adviser and represents the GVP’s voice and judgment with direct reports and the broader leadership team. It requires developing a deep understanding of the GVP’s priorities and decision principles, advising on priorities, leading complex cross-organizational initiatives, and building alignment through influence. In delegated forums, the role speaks for the GVP, negotiates tradeoffs, and makes selected commitments within agreed priorities and resource boundaries. This is an individual contributor role with no employee direct reports. The position is expected to establish an aligned roadmap with clear priorities, owners, dependencies, and measures; drive and verify measurable improvements in employee journeys or services; and earn the trust to represent the GVP’s position and judgment. New hires must be based in Nashville, Tennessee, and work in the office five days per week. Existing Oracle employees may work from their current location. Approximately 10% travel is expected as needed.
