The CCS is looking for an experienced technical program manager to lead various product development efforts in leading-edge technologies. An engineering Program Manager in CCS is responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer-driven custom solutions. They lead the most complex, advanced projects in the industry and work with the largest players in the technology world. This is a high-visibility role requiring regular interaction with senior executives and technical leaders both internal to Marvell and at customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
- 7+ years in semiconductor industry program management role.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent risk identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Full program responsibility at all stages: Planning, SOC design, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release.
- Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program success.
- Ensures problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.
- Monitors and controls the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against plan.
- Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels.
- Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
