This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at the Lauderdale Plant located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mechanical, Operations, experience preferred. Mechanical experience and troubleshooting skillset for: Pumps, Fans, Heat Exchangers, Gearboxes, Steam Turbines, Combustion Turbines and general mechanical maintenance standards are highly preferred. Experience with Maximo and Op Model Processes are a plus. This position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the sites’ mechanical equipment is in excellent operating condition and available for use at all times. Employees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short- and long-term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
