Requirements

  • Ability to perform most recurring work independently
  • Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance, often on multiple intricate systems, such as environmental chambers, vehicles, machinery, shakers and amplifiers
  • Ability to work on wide variety of disciplines
  • Manage HVACR, electrical and plumbing supplies
  • Maintain record management of stock room supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Acts as an informal team leader for entry-level associates
  • Strong knowledge of complex electrical, plumbing, HVACR and mechanical systems
  • Highly skilled in electrical systems and general maintenance

  • EPA Certification Type Universal

Responsibilities

  • Performs day-to-day repairs and skilled trades work, such as maintenance on environmental chambers, vehicles, machinery, shakers and amplifiers
  • Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process
  • Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary
  • Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches
  • May perform carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures
  • May perform Safety Training
  • Other duties as assigned
