About The Position

This position will report to the Central Maintenance Manager and be based at Sanford Plant located in DeBary, FL. Multifunctional skillset required to coordinate the execution of non-overhaul projects, new equipment installations, and analyze equipment performance prior to turn over to the plant operations team. Duties will be performed in alignment with the PGD major maintenance process and integrate with the duties of the PGD fossil outage coordinators. Employees in this job direct a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities or plant maintenance. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty for assigned major maintenance activities or plant maintenance to achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.
