Requirements
- Leadership skills
- Ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization, from craft personnel to the VP level.
- Leverage resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired business results.
- Able to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments.
- Act as technical liaison to individuals and groups within and outside the company with the responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.
