About The Position

Employees in this role apply diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Individuals will use advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices. The position makes decisions and recommendations having significant impact on the indicators of the company. The position will have to communicate critical and controversial issues with high level management of the company. Role will be responsible for one or more programs of critical importance to overall company objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's - Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
2+ years of experience
Leadership skills, ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization, from craft personnel to the VP level.
Leverage resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired business results.
Able to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, and act as technical liaison to individuals and groups within and outside the company with the responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.
