About The Position

For Product Development Project Management services in the Manufacturing area. This role involves leading and coordinating cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and business objectives are met. This includes overseeing operational project activities, acting as a liaison between project teams, management, and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, identifying risks/issues, and implementing effective resolutions. The role also requires gathering, planning, and managing project requirements, preparing project schedules, status reports, and performance updates, and driving stakeholder engagement and communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
A minimum of six (6) years of exposure within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
Good problem-solving and Communication Skills.
Project Planning & Scheduling (WBS, critical path, milestones, dependencies)
Risk & Issue Management (risk registers, mitigation plans, escalation)
Cost & Scope Control (budget tracking, change control, earned value basics)
Agile/Hybrid Methodologies, Data & Reporting Tools, & Resource Optimization

Responsibilities
