About The Position

Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to new product development and ongoing product lifecycle management. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and business teams. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to ensure successful project execution. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution activities. Support project governance activities including change control, escalation management, and decision tracking. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and performance metrics. Gather, analyze, and manage project requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder and business needs. Collaborate with sponsors, leadership, and business partners to ensure project objectives are achieved. Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking metrics. Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Coordinate resource planning and utilization across multiple projects. Drive accountability and follow-up actions to ensure project milestones are achieved. May provide guidance, coaching, or support to lower-level professionals and project team members. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
  • Minimum of 6–10 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Experience with project planning and scheduling including: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical path management, Milestones and dependencies
  • Experience with risk and issue management including: Risk registers, Mitigation planning, Escalation management
  • Experience with scope and cost control including: Budget tracking, Change control, Earned value concepts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing project status reports and executive-level updates.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Hybrid project management methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Experience with Power BI, dashboards, KPI reporting, or project analytics tools.
  • Experience with resource optimization, capacity planning, and utilization analysis.
  • PMP or project management certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting new product development (NPD/NPI) projects preferred.
