Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to new product development and ongoing product lifecycle management. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and business teams. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to ensure successful project execution. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution activities. Support project governance activities including change control, escalation management, and decision tracking. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and performance metrics. Gather, analyze, and manage project requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder and business needs. Collaborate with sponsors, leadership, and business partners to ensure project objectives are achieved. Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking metrics. Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Coordinate resource planning and utilization across multiple projects. Drive accountability and follow-up actions to ensure project milestones are achieved. May provide guidance, coaching, or support to lower-level professionals and project team members.
