About The Position

Engine is transforming business travel by creating a personalized, rewarding, and simple experience through a unified platform that integrates corporate travel, a charge card, and modern spend management. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is backed by prominent investors. The Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging will be responsible for managing a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property relationships. This role focuses on partner health, revenue growth, and commercial performance, reporting to the EVP, Supply & Strategy. The position involves deepening rate and content coverage, growing net direct revenue, managing partner cadences, and ensuring partners meet performance targets. It is a hands-on relationship management and commercial execution role requiring strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations. The role may involve direct engagement with senior hotel executives and requires the ability to be a credible, trusted partner externally while driving disciplined execution internally.

Requirements

  • 4+ years (PSM) or 6+ years (Sr. PSM) of experience in partnerships, account management, or a relationship-driven commercial role — ideally with a foundation in consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical environment
  • A track record of building and growing high-value relationships and turning them into measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial and analytical instincts — comfortable working with data to find opportunities and make the case for them
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — can manage multiple partner workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suited to external partner-facing interactions, including with senior executives
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to streamline workflows and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or lodging (hotel chain, PMG, OTA, aggregator, or travel platform)
  • Familiarity with partner or distribution technology and how integrations drive value
  • Experience managing QBRs or structured partner review cadences
  • Prior experience supporting senior leaders in commercial negotiations or renewals

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and day-to-day point of contact
  • Grow revenue across your book by deepening partner engagement and expanding the value and reach of each relationship on the Engine platform
  • Run the partner cadence — QBRs, performance reviews, check-ins, and escalation processes — and hold partners accountable to activation and growth commitments
  • Monitor partner performance against key metrics and proactively identify and address underperformance
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to resolve partner issues and support activation
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and surface them with clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Support leadership in commercial discussions and renewals by preparing materials, tracking terms, and managing follow-through
  • Maintain accurate partner records, rate and contract documentation, and pipeline tracking
  • Track industry trends across lodging distribution, hotel technology, and connectivity to inform partner conversations
