About The Position

Restaurant Associates, a leader in dining and event catering for prestigious institutions, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for their corporate dining account in Miami, FL. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences for employees. The manager will lead and develop a team, handle HR matters, and contribute to the overall success of the dining program.

Requirements

Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations, preferably with high-volume production and catering expertise.
Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial performance.
Strong hospitality background that translates seamlessly into a premier corporate dining environment.
Leadership experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or comparable high-end corporate dining operations.
Accustomed to delivering a high-touch, hospitality-driven guest experience while thriving in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role.
Success in this position requires someone who can easily adapt their hospitality expertise to a sophisticated corporate setting, with a strong focus on operational excellence, client engagement, and exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent relationships with Citadel, their employees, and various departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build innovative menus that align with Citadel's preferences and standards, delivering top-quality food and dining experiences.
Take ownership of the account's P&L and budgeting, ensuring financial success and meeting client expectations.
Work closely with the marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs that improve the dining experience for Citadel employees.
Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements, implementing best practices and driving excellence in service delivery.
