About The Position

JLL is seeking an Sr. Operations Coordinator to join the U.S. Healthcare Leasing Advisory team and provide operations support for them. As a member of the Operations team, the Sr. Operations Coordinator will partner with various groups (including Internal Communications/PR, Research, Marketing/Events, Finance, Leasing brokers, etc.) to help advance our goals. The ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver with a bias toward action and a desire to be part of a fast-paced, results-driven business team working across the U.S. This person will have the opportunity to engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of commensurate experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/One Drive
  • Working knowledge of Claude and other AI platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization and project management skills
  • Self-starter with aptitude to successfully balance multiple priorities with multiple stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic and versatile, with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail in all work product
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage tasks and projects
  • Develop / create materials to support business initiatives of sales and delivery of leasing advisory services platform using a variety of tools (emails, AI, slide decks, videos, etc.), partnering with other teams as appropriate
  • Provide general backup support for other team members
  • Attend team meetings
  • Prioritize workload appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Perform special projects and general administrative duties as directed
