Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.

  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant certification or clinical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist supervisors and managers with daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, audits, and tracking logs.
  • Support employee onboarding, training, and administrative follow-up.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and communicate operational concerns to leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and department communications.
  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals.
  • Answer incoming calls, do outgoing calls, and assist patients with questions.
  • Verify insurance and demographic information.
  • Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service recovery efforts.
  • Assist with patient rooming and intake as needed.
  • Obtain vital signs and update patient records.
  • Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies.
  • Assist providers and clinical staff with patient flow.
  • Support ancillary testing and healthcare services as directed.
