Healthcare Operations Coordinator - Onsite

NeolytixChicago, IL
Onsite

About The Position

Neolytix is a healthcare management services organization supporting 270+ provider groups across revenue cycle management, credentialing & enrollment, patient access, and payer analytics. Our Chicago office is the US hub of a global delivery team spanning three countries. The Role You’ll be the operational backbone of our Chicago office — coordinating across provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. This is a high-touch role where you’ll work directly with company leadership and clients, so strong communication and a bias toward getting things done matter more than any single technical skill.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, or administrative coordination — healthcare industry exposure preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
  • Comfort working across multiple workstreams simultaneously in a small-team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.
