This role's mission is to lead sales activities for SAOP Dining customers, overseeing both key customer relationships and a team of National Account Managers. The position involves developing strong customer partnerships, executing premium brand activation, and delivering disciplined commercial performance. This role directs cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Finance, Distributor, and Agency partners to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relevance, and build a high-performing organization that advances Suntory’s on-premise ambitions. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will shape a strategically important growth channel with broad exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You will have real ownership and impact, leading both strategy and execution for a key business segment, with autonomy to influence priorities, processes, and performance.
