This role's mission is to lead sales activities for SAOP Dining customers, overseeing both key customer relationships and a team of National Account Managers. The position involves developing strong customer partnerships, executing premium brand activation, and delivering disciplined commercial performance. This role directs cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Finance, Distributor, and Agency partners to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relevance, and build a high-performing organization that advances Suntory’s on-premise ambitions. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will shape a strategically important growth channel with broad exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You will have real ownership and impact, leading both strategy and execution for a key business segment, with autonomy to influence priorities, processes, and performance. It's a team leadership opportunity where you will coach and develop a talented team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. You will engage in cross-functional partnership, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance, Distributor, and Agency partners to bring premium brand strategies to life. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in field sales, or strategic account management.
  • Beverage alcohol experience preferred.
  • Confident communicator with experience leading customer presentations, business reviews, and internal alignment discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as business needs require.

  • Experience leveraging AI platforms preferred.
