About The Position

Sr Mobile Experts, Bilingual are highly capable retail experts focused on delivering best-in-class customer service. In T-Mobile company-owned Experience stores, they help attract new customers and provide high-level service to existing customers. They use store systems and digital tools to address customer needs from research through resolution, and work with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to resolve customer pain points. The role includes curated training and ongoing development, with a team-based culture that recognizes contributions to customer experience and store results. Candidates must be fluent in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Required skills: communication, critical thinking, customer service, multitasking, product knowledge, sales, task management, teamwork orientation, and troubleshooting.
Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

At least 12 months of experience as a Neighborhood Mobile Expert in retail.
Experience as an Elite Expert in Account Care.
Experience as an Elite Expert in Technical Care.

Responsibilities

Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
Complete ongoing training to maintain and develop knowledge and skills as a subject matter expert on T-Mobile products and services.
Consistently use digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding.
Collaborate with teammates to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
