The Senior Manager, Service Marketing for MONARCH Robotics is responsible for leading both upstream and downstream marketing activities that shape the global service portfolio for the MONARCH platform. This role drives service commercial strategy, builds business cases for new service offerings, partners with Strategic Marketing on service-related product features, and leads global launch excellence for new products, new services, and global expansion. The role also oversees service sales operations, including forecasting, data analytics, offer configuration, and product code creation to support scalable commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Service Marketing, or Commercial Strategy.
  • Experience with both upstream and downstream marketing.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capability, including forecasting and pricing.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce) and SKU/price file management.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience in service product management or aftermarket/FRU commercialization.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead upstream service marketing, defining customer requirements, market insights, and business case development for new service features.
  • Partner with Global Strategic Marketing on service-affecting design inputs, value propositions, and portfolio strategy.
  • Conduct VoC, segmentation, and competitive analysis to influence roadmap and commercial planning.
  • Develop service offers including pricing, packaging, positioning, and messaging.
  • Lead launch excellence for new products, upgrades, and global expansion efforts.
  • Oversee service collateral, sales enablement tools, and commercial content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain service product codes, pricing entries, and configuration rules in enterprise systems.
  • Develop adoption strategies for aftermarket, upgrades, digital service tools, and service contracts.
  • Build and oversee service sales operations including forecasting, revenue modeling, and installed base analytics.
  • Develop service dashboards, pricing governance, quoting structures, and performance insights.
  • Analyze service utilization, contract attachment, FRU consumption, and customer behavior to drive revenue and execution improvements.
  • Act as the interface to Strategic Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Service Operations, Regulatory, and Legal.
  • Ensure service readiness in global and regional commercialization forums.
  • Drive alignment on messaging, portfolio positioning, pricing, commercialization timelines, and launch deliverables.
