About The Position

The Technology Business Enablement (TBE) team powers American Express Tech Strategy by enabling Predictability, Transparency, and Efficiency through best-in-class Tech Business Management (TBM) capabilities. Within the TBE’s Technology Portfolio Management organization, the Senior Manager of Transformation & Product Strategy will drive the next phase of our enterprise TBM and portfolio ecosystem evolution. This role owns the product vision and transformation roadmap for our connected portfolio toolset, integrating planning, workforce, financial, and delivery systems into a cohesive ecosystem that enables better planning, technology investment transparency, and insight-driven decision-making. As our TBM capabilities mature, this role will ensure our tools, data, standards, and operating model work together seamlessly — positioning the organization to leverage connected data for actionable insights and AI-augmented decision support.
