About The Position

In this role, you will plan and implement marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention, and satisfaction. This includes working individually or with a team to oversee program details (timing, requirements, etc.), develop marketing materials, communicate program progress and results, and manage program/project budgets. Additionally, you will plan for the effective development and implementation of longer-term marketing projects, evaluating for program effectiveness.

Requirements

7-10 years' relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to travel 25%

Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute implementation plan for complex marketing programs or initiatives.
Partner with internal or external partners to ensure execution of projects is flawless, on-time, and within budget.
Create communication materials to support programs including new and existing offers and marketing content for specific programs; lead large cross functional teams as project manager.
Work across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.
Drive measurable program results.
Track program participation and results, provide recommendations for improvements, and execute approved recommendations quickly.
