The Sr. Manager, Hospital & Institutional Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of hospital and institutional marketing strategies for the company’s products. This role partners closely with Sales, Market Access and other cross-functional stakeholders to help translate brand strategy into access-focused initiatives that support formulary positioning and product utilization across hospitals and institutional health system channels. This position reports to the Exec. Director, Digital and Omnichannel Marketing and serves as a key contributor to access-related customer engagement, field support, and execution of market access initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory/Legal/Compliance, Commercial Operations, and Executive Leadership.
