The Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement represents a strategic role designed to accelerate business growth, product adoption, and field readiness. This role bridges the gap between what Product R&D builds and frontline customer-facing teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, and Support. It also ensures our Marketing channels effectively communicate that value to the market. This individual will own both the go-to-market (GTM) positioning of strategic product releases and the development of comprehensive enablement ecosystems that arm the field with that knowledge. Success is measured not just by launching products on time, but by driving product adoption, sales velocity, win rates, and retention. This role blends the external, market-facing strategic lens of Product Marketing with the internal, execution-focused lens of Sales Enablement. Rather than operating in silos, these two disciplines harmonize within the Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Team to deliver maximum business impact.
