The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. This role will fill a critical need in the Services product line, within the product marketing team. Dextro™, the semiconductor industry's first collaborative robot (cobot) designed to optimize critical maintenance tasks on wafer fabrication equipment. Now deployed in multiple advanced wafer fabs around the world to meet industry’s autonomous fab vision, Dextro™, enables accurate, high-precision maintenance to minimize tool downtime and production variability. The Marketing Manager will drive marketing activities as related to Dextro™ - developing a global product roadmap, managing customer communication, and external partner engagements. The role is highly cross-functional, focused on interacting with global product groups, product management, regional account teams, corporate development and other supporting business functions within Lam.
