The Digital Platforms & Content Production Manager is responsible for the operational administration, coordination, and execution of HRS digital education platforms, learning experiences, digital education community environments, and digital content production workflows. This role serves as the bridge between content creation, technology platforms, and learner engagement by ensuring that digital content and curriculum, developed by HRS are effectively managed, published, distributed, and optimized across the Society’s digital ecosystem. The position supports the ongoing operation and growth of Heart Rhythm One, learning management systems, online learning communities, webinars, podcasts, digital libraries, and other member-facing digital experiences. Success in this role is measured by the ability to coordinate stakeholders, streamline content production processes, maintain platform operations, and ensure a high-quality digital experience for HRS members, learners, and customers. This role is not a software development position. Rather, it focuses on platform operations, content lifecycle management, vendor coordination, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that HRS digital products deliver value to members and support organizational goals.
