About The Position

Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, embedded marketers, and cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies and deliver measurable results. Manage program budgets, performance metrics, timelines, and vendor relationships while ensuring high-quality execution. Provide project leadership, strategic recommendations, and ongoing communication to stakeholders, balancing business goals with customer needs and regulatory considerations. This position requires availability to work a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in marketing or related field is strongly preferred.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing department or advertising agency.
  • 2+ years of project management, account management, client service, or stakeholder relationship management experience.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, advertising, events, newsletters, and web-based initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work independently, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, or business partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Experience developing marketing programs, establishing objectives, and measuring program effectiveness through performance metrics.
  • Experience managing program budgets and tracking expenditures against established goals.
