About The Position

This role is responsible for employing search marketing tactics, analyzing web metrics, and developing recommendations to increase visibility to target markets. The position involves building and maintaining lead nurture efforts that deliver high-quality marketing qualified leads ready to buy. The role requires researching market conditions to gather insights that drive marketing strategy, such as identifying which leads turn into deals, key buying indicators, and the return on marketing investments. Additionally, the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager will provide operational support to the marketing team, including the new verticals team, and build/optimize demand generation, nurture, and marketing systems initiatives to accelerate revenue growth. The individual will effectively utilize Pilot’s marketing technology, provide strategic guidance to sales and marketing on programs, performance, and revenue-related matters, and help build a repeatable, scalable revenue generation machine. Key responsibilities include analyzing and monitoring lead volume and quality, maintaining a healthy Marketo instance (including lead scoring, lifecycle automation, audience segments, nurture programs, and integrations), and building chatbots, marketing campaigns, forms, and other lead capture mechanisms. Full-time telecommuting is an option.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field
  • One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • One (1) year of experience with Marketo
  • One (1) year of experience with Migration management
  • One (1) year of experience with Salesforce
  • One (1) year of experience Managing and updating marketing tech stack
  • One (1) year of experience with Demandbase
  • One (1) year of experience with Leandata
  • One (1) year of experience with Bizible/Marketo Measure

Responsibilities

  • Research market conditions to gather information and insights that drive marketing strategy.
  • Provide operational support to the marketing team, including our new verticals team.
  • Build and optimize demand generation, nurture and marketing systems initiatives to help accelerate Pilot’s revenue trajectory.
  • Effectively utilize Pilot’s marketing technology and provide strategic guidance to sales and marketing on programs, performance and anything revenue related.
  • Help Pilot build a repeatable, scalable revenue generation machine.
  • Analyze and monitor lead volume and quality.
  • Maintain a healthy, functioning Marketo instance including: lead scoring, lifecycle automation, audience segments, nurture programs and integrations with other systems.
  • Build chatbots, marketing campaigns, forms and other lead capture mechanisms.
