About The Position

PointClickCare is seeking an experienced B2B Sr. Marketing Manager to join their growing SaaS healthcare technology company. In this role, the Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy planning, execution, and performance measurement of marketing campaigns. The position involves driving product demand through various channels such as paid ads, publications, web, email, social media, and onsite channels. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Digital Marketers, Content Strategists, and Senior Business Leaders. The Sr. Marketing Manager will also be accountable for directing agency strategy and ensuring alignment across other Marketing Managers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a data-driven approach to analysis and insights, strong interpersonal skills, deep curiosity, and a passion for developing value propositions and communication plans.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experiencing leading teams or mentoring junior team members
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with paid and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)
  • Experience presenting ideas to executive levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Experience with Excel or Salesforce (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Proven success in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to develop, execute and maintain large high-impact multi-touch campaigns inclusive of events, that inspire consumers and drive engagement.
  • Own agency of record strategy for the business unit inclusive of campaign strategy, appropriate channel mix, budget management, analyzing campaign performance and ensuring effective communication between PointClickCare and the agency.
  • Subject matter expert in industry leveraging customer insights to produce audience-centric derivative content.
  • Lead customer journey seeking out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and gain visibility into lead quality.
  • Research and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences.
  • Regularly dive deep into data reports and dashboard to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize.
  • Manage multiple projects and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with executive level stakeholders inclusive of marketing strategy, goals, and performance of campaigns.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned to be executed across the Marketing Managers.
  • Act as team lead by supporting with training or coaching to enhance their skills and grow in their roles.
