About The Position

As a Sr. Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell, you will provide technical expertise to support the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and systems. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices, using attention to detail and problem-solving skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results. The position is based in Plymouth, Minnesota, and reports to the Sr. ISC Production Supervisor. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or have protected status under asylum or refugee due to U.S. export control laws.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a related role.
Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
Experience leading a team of technicians.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status under asylum or refugee due to U.S. export control laws.
