About The Position

This role helps develop and execute the Workplace Services Sales and Field Enablement content strategy and execution. The Sr. Manager, Workplace Services Content Lead owns the strategy, structure, and lifecycle of field‑facing content. This role ensures the right content exists, stays current, and is delivered in a way that supports awareness and execution. In addition to managing content, this role partners closely with initiative teams to support project execution by translating work into clear, field‑ready materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Knowledge Management and content strategy
  • 2+ years of financial services experience serving clients
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and transform results into strategic deliverables
  • Strong understanding of the business and the ability to identify appropriate stakeholders for projects
  • Experience developing and managing content strategy in a field‑facing, enablement, or operational environment.
  • Hands‑on experience creating, updating, organizing, and maintaining content at scale.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Clear written communication skills and strong editorial judgment.
  • A field‑first mindset, focused on simplicity, usability, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the overall field content strategy for Workplace Services.
  • Establish standards for content structure, format, voice, and lifecycle management.
  • Determine what content should exist, where it should live, and how it should be maintained.
  • Ensure content aligns to field priorities, business objectives, and enablement strategy.
  • Own the ongoing management, updating, and maintenance of field‑facing content.
  • Ensure content is accurate, current, and easy for the field to navigate and use.
  • Proactively identify outdated, duplicative, or low‑value content and take action to simplify.
  • Serve as a steward for “one source of truth” across field content repositories.
  • Trains partners on KC templates, standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with initiative leads, product teams, and enablement partners to support execution.
  • Translate initiatives into clear, actionable, field‑ready content (guides, overviews, FAQs, job aids, etc.).
  • Support content development throughout the lifecycle of initiatives, from early planning through launch and reinforcement.
  • Ensure content is delivered in the right format and at the right time to support field readiness.
  • Work closely with Communications, Field Enablement, Training, Data, CRM, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate content inputs across multiple stakeholders while maintaining consistency and clarity.
  • Act as a central point of contact for content‑related questions and guidance.
  • Monitor content usage, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Iterate on content strategy and execution based on field needs and engagement.
  • Help leaders and partners understand how to use content effectively to support execution.
