We’re seeking a digitally native Sr. Manager to join our Global Marketing team, operating at the center of the organization. In this role, you’ll focus on deploying and testing paid and social marketing campaigns in-house, with an emphasis on emerging platforms, viral tactics, and evolving discovery behaviors. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the center of modern music marketing across innovation, emerging platforms, and marketing at a global label. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale activations while contributing to the internal systems and processes that allow new ideas to move from concept to execution quickly. You’ll collaborate closely with digital and marketing teams to execute, experiment, and iterate on modern marketing approaches, blending creative instincts, analytics, and cultural insight to help shape how music is discovered and amplified online. We’re looking for someone deeply plugged into culture, curious about technology, and excited to help push how music marketing evolves.
