Nscale is seeking a Sr. Manager, Vendor Management to oversee the complete operational performance and contract lifecycle of its vendor ecosystem. This includes operational service vendors and platform partners such as Jira, ServiceNow, Sunbird DCIM, Linear/Procore, and Salesforce. The role involves monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, managing escalations, maintaining the contract registry, and overseeing the renewal cycle for all vendor categories. The successful candidate will ensure audit-ready compliance documentation and act as the primary point of contact for vendors, Legal, and other service engagements. A key responsibility is ensuring that SLA, performance, and contract data are accurately integrated into dashboards and KPI reports for the Finance & Business Intelligence team.
