About The Position

This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives. This includes designing, monitoring, and improving processes and procedures to optimize full cycle recruiting, including, job posting, candidate screening, preboarding, and onboarding. This individual will utilize process improvement and project management methodologies to automate, streamline, and create efficiencies for the organization that improve recruiting, candidate and employee engagement and retention. This role will supervise the Team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field
Eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, with experience managing complex projects.
Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment
Proven track record in increasingly responsible leadership positions
Experience with business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting effective business processes.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, workflow documentation (such as Visio) and business presentations

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant subject
PMP certification
Training or certification in Six Sigma or other LEAN methodology
Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking and other HR technology platforms.
