Reporting to the Regional Director, the Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement – North America is responsible for leading the regional supply chain and procurement team, developing local and aligning global policy, and executing in support of business objectives across Services and Project delivery. This role manages supplier strategies, sourcing activities to ensure cost competitiveness, supply chain management to ensure maintenance of ISO accreditation, and alignment with operational and commercial requirements including warehousing, equipment, PPE and fleet. The Senior Manager works cross‑functionally with Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and HSE to deliver effective procurement outcomes, manage supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risk and standardize supply chain operations for Spare Parts and O&M. This role plays a critical part in translating regional and global supply chain strategies into practical, executable outcomes at the project and operational level. This role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days in office.
